This End User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the Vrajas Organization (the “Trust”). By accessing or using the website at https://vrajas.org (the “Site”), the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, the User should not access or use the Site.
Use of Site
The Site is provided to the User for informational and donation purposes only. The User may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. The User agrees not to use the Site:
:: In any way that violates any applicable Indian laws or regulations.
:: To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
:: To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Trust, a Trustee, another User, or any other person or entity.
:: To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by the Trust, may harm the Trust or other Users of the Site.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by the Trust or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Donations
The Trust may use third-party payment processors to collect donations made through the Site. The User acknowledges that the Trust is not responsible for any errors or omissions by such third-party payment processors. The User agrees that the Trust may use the User’s donation for any charitable purpose deemed appropriate by the Trust.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Trust makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site. The User expressly agrees that the use of the Site is at the User’s sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
The Trust shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site. The User expressly agrees that the Trust shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to or alteration of the User’s transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any transactions entered into through the Site.
Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Trust and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of the User’s use of the Site, the User’s violation of this Agreement, or the User’s violation of any rights of another.
Termination
The Trust may terminate this Agreement at any time and without notice. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease using the Site.
Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated Agreement on our website and indicate the date of the latest revision. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically for any changes.
