- Intellectual Property: The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by the Trust or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
- Donations: The Trust may accept donations through the Site. You acknowledge that the Trust is not responsible for any errors or omissions by third-party payment processors used to collect donations made through the Site. You agree that the Trust may use your donation for any charitable purpose deemed appropriate by the Trust.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Trust makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site. You expressly agree that the use of the Site is at your sole risk.
